Intended for large production farms, the FC 4460 TC has a working width of 14’3” (4.35m). The machine is available in three versions, all of which feature a direct drive power flow. The TCD features a DigiDry® conditioning rotor with pivoting steel fingers and a two-speed shift lever designed to adapt to various crops. The Diamond Block® rubber rollers on the TCR provide effective crimping. The TCS DoubleCrimp™ steel rollers provide extended roller life, excellent crimping and even feeding of thicker crop.
This machine is easy to handle on narrow roadways and in the field with a Gyrodine® swivel hitch. Operators can simply set the working height on the FC 4460 TC and head straight out to the field to mow. The premium flotation and effective conditioning features allow you to continually harvest a high-quality crop. With its capacity to work at high speed and with low power requirements, the FC 4460 TC is ideal for cutting large acres of hay while minimizing costs.

Gyrodine® Swivel Hitch- The Gyrodine® Swivel Hitch provides choice of hitch attachment with either 2-point swivel or drawbar mounting which is extremely versatile to suit customer requirements. The hitch pivots side-to-side on the Gyrodine gearbox to keep the PTO straight while turning and to eliminate chatter.
- The conditioning system is entirely gear driven, keeping the rollers perfectly synchronized for the life of the machine. Maintenance is also reduced by eliminating troublesome belts or chains. A patented shear bolt safety system provides the conditioner and drives with extra security.
- This heavy-duty cutterbar has a fully-welded and through-bolted gearcase as well as Protectadrive® shear protection. The cutterbar has highly-polished gears and synthetic gear oil ensure this system does not require any regular maintenance, eliminating the need for cutter oil changes throughout the life of the machine.
- Discs and end cone design provide high lift of crop. This allows cut material to quickly leave the cutter and enter the conditioner, especially in thick crop conditions. These discs are designed to cut cleanly in extreme conditions and have Fast-Fit® rapid blade change.
