With a low profile, smooth edges and streamlined defectors the Kuhn VKD shredders will finely shred grass, vine shoots and prunings. The VKD models are available in working widths from 5’1” to 6’10” in order to fit your row spacing precisely. Used at high speeds, the forged steel heavy hammer knives shred clippings and vine shoots finely and cut grass impeccably. The mechanical or hydraulic offset system by sliding tube is both compact and performing when having to work under trees. The rear roller, with a scraper, flattens loose soils, ruts and provides clearance. Cutting height is adjusted by the rear roller, pneumatic or steel wheels.
